Returns and Refunds

At PetSupplier.ca, we want you (and your pets 🐾) to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened food, grooming tools, personalized items).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at infopetsupplier@gmail.com.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
